Project Complete: Goodman Gateway@Murarrie (Unit 1 & 2)

We are pleased to announce the completion of Unit 1 and Unit 2 at Goodman’s Gateway@Murarrie precinct in Queensland.

These two exceptional industrial facilities are built on a 28,654 sqm site adjacent to the M1 Gateway Motorway.

The Hindmarsh Industrial Team worked closely with key stakeholders to deliver a significant range of warehouse features for end-users, including:

  • Wide, oversized, and secure on-grade container hardstand suitable for B-doubles and forklifts
  • Multiple on-grade roller shutter doors with 15m wide cantilevered awning
  • Multiple recessed docks with load levellers and dispatch offices with amenities
  • Warehouse internal slabs rated for 7t racking point loads with 40 KPA UDL.

Representing an example of a leading, sustainable industrial estate, Gateway@Murarrie was constructed using several environmentally friendly initiatives and future-forward elements, including:

  • Low VOC paints and materials
  • Water efficient bathroom hardware
  • Native drought resistant landscaping
  • 500kW rooftop PV solar system across two buildings with LED lighting
  • Smart Metering & Rainwater harvesting tank capacity for irrigation
  • Eight Electric Vehicle Charging Points.

The project was delivered targeting a 5-Star Green Star Buildings rating and 20% upfront carbon emissions reduction.
