Delivered within Goodman's Gateway@Murarrie estate, QLD this $22m project involved the construction of two industrial warehouse units (Unit 1 & Unit 2) at 17 Goodman Place.

The two new warehouse facilities include, structural steel portal framed warehouses, high clearance bays, 14 flush docks and 3 sunken docks with load levellers and dispatch offices with amenities, 15m wide cantilevered awning, main warehouse offices over two levels, heavy duty hardstand, battery charging, Light duty car parking and separate (from truck access) carpark access.
