Recently the Hindmarsh Sydney office team had the opportunity to tour the NSW Government’s Sutherland Hospital Operating Theatre Complex works. The tour was a chance for some of our new starters, cadets and office staff to see firsthand how the Hindmarsh construction teams deliver a Health Infrastructure project. Thank you to Reg and the site team for taking the time to explain how the project will be brought to life.
The $40m Sutherland Hospital Operating Theatre Complex will be delivered in two (2) key milestone phases by Hindmarsh.
Sutherland Hospital Operating Theatre Complex will include new operating theatres and procedure rooms, surgical short stay unit, new staff amenities and workspaces, facilities for admission and discharge and a new central sterilising services department. Hindmarsh are proud to be delivering the Sutherland Hospital Operating Theatre Complex upgrade works for Health Infrastructure.
The NSW Government has also committed an additional $7 million in funding for an MRI facility at the hospital. Watch this space, and check out our project pages for more updates and project news as we undertake construction.
