Hindmarsh has officially started construction on ARC Bowden, our fifth residential project in Bowden, South Australia.

ARC Bowden, developed and built by Hindmarsh, features a 11-storey residential tower, comprising 145 modern apartments. Residents of the tower will enjoy panoramic views of the city skyline, the picturesque Adelaide Hills and the coastline. The ground floor will be strategically activated with 4 boutique retail spaces, enhancing the overall liveability of the development and further enriching the existing vibrancy of the Bowden suburb.
