Project Overview
Hindmarsh is pleased to be delivering the asset protection (façade replacement) for Roma Mitchell House for Department for Infrastructure and Transport (DIT). Hindmarsh will deliver the design and construction of a safe, compliant replacement façade solution delivered to high quality standards.
Roma Mitchell House is a prominent, multi-tenanted, commercial building. Hindmarsh will be delivering this project under ‘live site’ conditions, ensuring disruption is kept to a minimum for the existing tenants of the building.
This will be achieved through the execution of a sound construction methodology that focuses on safety, efficiency, and minimised disruption through a considered material loading and bottom-up installation sequence.
