We’re thrilled to share that the final stage of our Marigal Gardens Village has been completed successfully at the end of last year, and residents have now moved into their beautiful new apartments.
It’s been a pleasure welcoming them into the community, and we look forward to seeing them settle in and enjoy everything Marigal Gardens has to offer. The village now consists of 71 villa style homes, and 79 brand new apartments, accompanied by a brand new indoor pool, gym and consult room, hobby shed and bocce court. With this major milestone achieved, we’re now shifting our focus to the Bennet Lodge renovations, which are already underway. This next phase will bring even more improvements and amenity, ensuring a vibrant and comfortable living environment for our residents.
A huge thank you to everyone who made this possible – our dedicated team, partners, and, most importantly, the wonderful residents who make these spaces feel like home.
