Project Overview
Hindmarsh delivered the recladding project for 1 King William Street, Adelaide SA (1KWS). 1KWS is a prominent, multi-tenanted, commercial building located on the Corner of King William Street and North Terrace in the CBD in Adelaide.
Hindmarsh worked in close collaboration with Royale Investment Trust, Colliers International and the Consultant and Subcontract teams to design the unique façade in keeping with the building's legacy aesthetics.
The highly experienced Hindmarsh Recladding Team replaced the complete façade of ACPs with new aluminium panels, feature fins and building crown to provide a safe, new exterior for the building.
