Project Overview
Hindmarsh are proud to have delivered the 1 King William Street (1KWS) recladding project. 1KWS is a prominent, multi-tenanted, commercial building located on the Corner of King William Street and North Terrace in the CBD in Adelaide.
Hindmarsh worked in close collaboration with Royale Investment Trust, Colliers International and the Consultant and Subcontract teams to safely deliver these unique façade upgrade works in the heart of Adeliade's CBD.
The Hindmarsh project team delivered the complete façade replacement of ACPs with new aluminium panels, feature fins and building crown elements to provide a safe, new modern look for the building.
