Project Overview
Delivered within Frasers Vantage Yatala estate this $33M project involved the design and construction of a 16,632 sqm new industrial distribution centre, including 4,438 sqm awning, 1,473 sqm of office space, and 118 car parking spaces for National Tiles new distribution centre.
Hindmarsh worked in close collaboration with the Fraser Team, and hosted several workshops to provide an open forum to identify potential construction methodology risks associated with procuring steel from overseas due to domestic shortages following COVID-19. This honest, open approach helped develop mitigation strategies for quality control and delivery risk.
