Project Overview
Delivered within Frasers Vantage Yatala estate this $21M project involved the design and construction of a 25,500sqm industrial unit, with 520sqm of office space, and 63 car parking spaces for the new Goodyear distribution centre.
The project was delivered in tandem with the National Tiles project with was located in the adjacent lot. By centralising our expert project management team we were able to drive efficiencies across both sites.
The new warehouse has been designed to achieve a 5-star Green Star rating.
