Hindmarsh are proud to be delivering the recladding project for 1 King William Street, Adelaide SA. 1 King William Street is a prominent, multi-tenanted, commercial building located on the Corner of King William Street and North Terrace in the CBD in Adelaide.
Hindmarsh are excited about commencing the façade upgrade works to 1 King William Street and working with Royale Investment Trust, Colliers International and the Consultant and Subcontract teams in delivering this unique façade.
The project will see the experienced Hindmarsh team replace the complete façade of ACPs with new aluminium panels, feature fins and building crown - this will provide a safe, new modern look for the building.
