Hindmarsh has officially started construction on ARC Bowden, our fifth residential project in Bowden, South Australia.

ARC Bowden, developed and built by Hindmarsh, features a 11-storey residential tower, comprising 145 modern apartments. The ground floor will be strategically activated with 4 boutique retail spaces, enhancing the overall liveability of the development and further enriching the existing vibrancy of the Bowden suburb.
