The Hindmarsh Difference

Sustainability - Solar

The new school boasts a 250kW solar photovoltaic system and associated battery storage. Similar to Margaret Hendry, this array will be connected to the onsite Building Management System (BMS) to provide automated reports to meet the requirements of the Clean Energy Regulator.

Sustainability - Green Star Concrete

A total of 837 tonnes of CO2-e were eliminated in the binder formulation processes - with an overall reduction in cement consumption of 31%.
