Project Overview
Seventy One Constitution Avenue is a project that is extremely close to Hindmarsh's heart. Built on the foundations of the original Hindmarsh office, we wanted to create something that showcased all that Hindmarsh stand for — quality, innovation and teamwork.
Seventy One is a mixture of 1 bed, 2 bed, 2 bed + 2 living spaces, 2 bed + study, 3 bed, executive apartments, one exclusive penthouse, and loft living. A mezzanine level featuring a full height landscaped atrium with tiered landscaped gardens and a feature gas fire pit is available for year-round use. Seventy One also offers multiple communal areas for residents to entertain friends at the outdoor BBQ zone (with pizza oven), meet neighbours, or enjoy a quiet place to read a book beside the green wall.
