SCAPE STUDENT
ACCOMMODATION (SOUTH BANK VULTURE ST), QLD

SCAPE Student Accommodation Vulture Street, QLD

Project Overview

Scape Student Living occupies three street frontages - Vulture Street, Merivale Street and Tribune Street, with a laneway at the rear partially dividing the site. This was Scape Living’s first facility in Brisbane and they wanted to achieve a high quality outcome for student accommodation which responds to Queensland’s sub-tropical climate.

This Scape Living student community boasts a North and South Tower, each 15-storeys in height with a link bridge connecting the two (2) towers at each level to help students socialise. In addition, there are bicycle racks for 386 bicycles and on-site car parking for 17 vehicles, a ground floor cafe and retail spaces. The development was designed at the time to utilise best practice sustainable design, and energy efficient lighting solutions.
