Scape Student Accommodation Toowong is a continuation of the close collaboration between Hindmarsh and Brisbane City Council to promote Brisbane as an international student education hub.

Located at 611 Coronation Drive, the 18-storey Scape student accommodation tower, by UK-based Scape, houses 620 student rooms featuring four (4) distinct room types, providing a choice of shared rooms, shared facilities, and fully contained studio rooms. At the ground level, the building provides an entry court from Coronation Drive and a small cafe at the north-eastern corner which provides a warm and inviting entrance to encourage the general public to stop and enjoy this outstanding CBD location.
