Project Overview
We are proud to deliver this $34m Aged Care facility for Opal HealthCare to support elderly and dementia sufferers across Blacktown City and beyond. This state-of-the-art facility includes 148 beds, over two storeys with a dementia specific unit for up to 16 residents.
The community includes a bowling green, gym and allied health area, cafe for residents and visitors, hair salon, activity rooms and lounge rooms. This residence will be one of three Opal facilities across Blacktown City. It has been designed to meet the future needs of the ageing population of the City of Blacktown and surrounding areas, responding to increased demand for people requiring high level nursing, palliative care and dementia care in the region.
