Project Overview
Hume Campus Two - H4 provides secure data centre facilities to clients requiring the reliability, security and certainty of uptime of a Tier IV Data Centre. Hindmarsh was chosen as the partner of choice for the delivery of this major Data Centre development due to our aptitude for teamwork, reliability of performance, and our corporate culture of innovation and transparency.
The project framework was a collaboration, with Hindmarsh leading the delivery of the building structure whilst the client purchased large items of plant, and engaged mechanical and electrical contractors directly.
This approach led to significant innovations such as alternate wall systems which reduced the construction duration and associated costs whilst providing a more physically secure data environment.
