Project Overview
The East End Apartment complex is a 15 Level residential building comprised of 140 apartments and two (2) levels of car stacker parking at 293 Pirie Street, Adelaide.
Designed to optimise natural light and harmonious indoor-outdoor spaces, each East End apartment featured high end specifications such as. Stone bench tops, Timber floors, Floor to ceiling windows and Oversized living areas.
Hindmarsh were engaged to develop the initial design, which was 60% complete, into a finished, high-end luxury offering. The final design phase included accommodating a variety of purchaser requested changes – all at a ‘value for money’ price point in Adelaide’s exclusive East End.
