Project Overview
The DHA apartments on Samford Road are situated adjacent to the Northern end of the Enoggera Army Base, approximately 8.5km northwest of the Brisbane CBD.
The development incorporates of 48 apartments and 7 townhouses (55 dwellings in total), to be occupied by Defence members and their families. The project comprises 30 two (2) bedroom units and 18 three (3) bedroom units of various designs across two (2) separate buildings, Building 1 consists of 23 apartments and Building 2 consists of 25 apartments.
The scope of works under the D&C contract includes, demolition of the existing houses, bulk excavation, site retention and the construction of the 55 dwellings and 110 car parking spaces.
