Project Overview

The Brisbane International Cruise Terminal is south-east Queensland’s first mega cruise ship terminal and accommodates all cruise vessels, including mega ships longer than 270m, with purpose built base port facilities.

The project involved the construction of 9,800 sqm two (2) level passenger terminal, including commercial spaces, high security areas, extensive long and short term parking facilities, transport interface with designated zones for coaches, taxi’s and private vehicles, terminal access, circulation roads and road furniture, heavy duty pavement operations areas, decommissioning, demolition and removal of the existing rear Maritime Safety Queensland navigational lead light, a 275m elevated walkway, and all associated infrastructure.

The International Cruise Terminal supports 250 jobs per day.
