Project Overview
The BlueSky student accommodation building accommodates over 420 residents. It was the first of many such buildings anticipated to be rolled out by BlueSky nationwide.
Situated only a stone’s throw away from Light Square in the heart of the city, the building is fifteen storeys high, giving residents an unobstructed view of the city landscape in all directions, from ocean to hills.
The development features 397 units, both single and two (2)bedroom units, outdoor and internal communal areas on each level, recreational areas connected to outdoor terraces, communal kitchen areas, laundry facilities, on-site bike storage and a tiered seating arena for open forum discussions and a cafe.

The Hindmarsh Difference
The external facade has been designed in a way to maximise the thermal and acoustic performances of using precast wall panels, whilst also featuring a myriad of window openings to enhance the appeal against the Adelaide city scape as well as increasing the entry of natural light into each of the rooms.
