Project Overview
The Aspire Development is located at the southern end of the Sydney CBD, 100m's south of Hyde Park and within walking distance of Museum, Town Hall and Central Railway Stations, the bustling China Town precinct, Circular Quay, The Botanical Gardens and the Pitt Street Mall shopping strip.
The development features 56 apartments over 22 levels, with a mix of studio, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units as well as a 4 bedroom penthouse with its own private roof terrace.
The development includes a state of the art car stacker, which was imported from Germany and is capable of storing 30 vehicles. This was implemented in response to the small CBD site area of just 387 sqm, which posed several unique challenges for the design and construction teams during the course of the project.
