Project Announcement: Adelaide Office Site Redevelopment – Grenfell Street

PROJECT ANNOUNCEMENT: After 23 years, Hindmarsh has commenced the re-development of our Adelaide office headquarters in partnership with Centuria. Together we will develop a 4,600sqm A-Grade office complex with ground floor retail, end-of-trip facilities, and a roof top terrace.

Working in collaboration, Hindmarsh and Centuria have already secured pre-commitments of over 50% of the project. Joining Hindmarsh as anchor tenants are key industry names, including well-known project partners and consultants WGA and Cox Architecture.

Whilst we build our new offices, you can find us at Level 6, 45 Grenfell Street, Adelaide SA 5000. After 40+ years of operations in South Australia, we look forward to the next 40 years.
