Project Complete: Goodman Gateway@Murarrie (Unit 1 & 2)
We are pleased to announce the completion of Unit 1 and Unit 2 at Goodman’s Gateway@Murarrie precinct in Queensland.
These two exceptional industrial facilities are built on a 28,654 sqm site adjacent to the M1 Gateway Motorway.
The Hindmarsh Industrial Team worked closely with key stakeholders to deliver a significant range of warehouse features for end-users, including:
- Wide, oversized, and secure on-grade container hardstand suitable for B-doubles and forklifts
- Multiple on-grade roller shutter doors with 15m wide cantilevered awning
- Multiple recessed docks with load levellers and dispatch offices with amenities
- Warehouse internal slabs rated for 7t racking point loads with 40 KPA UDL.
Representing an example of a leading, sustainable industrial estate, Gateway@Murarrie was constructed using several environmentally friendly initiatives and future-forward elements, including:
- Low VOC paints and materials
- Water efficient bathroom hardware
- Native drought resistant landscaping
- 500kW rooftop PV solar system across two buildings with LED lighting
- Smart Metering & Rainwater harvesting tank capacity for irrigation
- Eight Electric Vehicle Charging Points.
The project was delivered targeting a 5-Star Green Star Buildings rating and 20% upfront carbon emissions reduction.

We are delighted to announce that the Frasers National Tiles and PFG Australia project has been successfully completed.
Delivered within the Frasers Vantage Yatala estate this $34M+ project involved the design and construction of one warehouse facility, split into two tenancies.
The National Tiles distribution centre boasts a 16,632 sqm warehouse including 4,438 sqm awning, 1,473sqm of office space, and 118 car parking spaces.
The PFG Australia tenancy includes a 7,948 sqm warehouse including a 40m super awning, 818 sqm two-storey office, 2,384 sqm of all-weather operation hardstand, and 20 car parking spaces.

The new warehouse is designed to achieve a 5 Star Green Star rating, and boasts several sustainability initiatives, including:
- Rainwater capture and re-use
- Energy-efficient sensor lighting to office and warehouse areas
- Water-saving tapware (minimum 5 WELS rating)
- Energy and water metering and monitoring
- Native plants and drip irrigation.
