HAMMONDCARE GREENWICH
HOSPITAL MAIN WORKS, NSW

Project Overview

Hindmarsh is delivering the main works for HammondCare Greenwich Hospital, transforming the existing site into HammondCare’s flagship integrated health campus and Centre of Excellence for the care of older people with complex health needs.

The project includes a new Health Care building, residential aged care accommodation, seniors living apartments, respite care facilities, basement car parking, upgraded site infrastructure, landscaped areas, green roofs, terraces, pedestrian and vehicle access improvements, and supporting health and community spaces. The project also includes the retention and protection of the heritage-listed Pallister House and the integration of landscape, accessibility and heritage interpretation elements across the site.

Once complete, the campus will support palliative care, dementia care, restorative care, mental health services, residential aged care, respite care and seniors living within one coordinated precinct.
