Project Win: Opal Care Marsden Park

We are proud to have been selected to deliver this Residential Aged Care (RAC) facility to support elderly and dementia sufferers across Blacktown City and beyond.

This state-of-the-art Opal Aged Care facility includes 148 beds, over two storeys with a dementia specific unit for up to 16 residents.

The facility will incorporate a bowling green, gym and allied health area, cafe for residents and visitors, hair salon, activity rooms and lounge rooms.

This residence will be one of three Opal facilities across Blacktown City. It has been designed to meet the future needs of the ageing population of the City of Blacktown and surrounding areas, responding to increased demand for people requiring high level nursing, palliative care and dementia care in the region.

Once complete, this development will provide 120 jobs, with many more roles generated during construction.

Located on Northbourne Drive, the facility will be built near the proposed Marsden Park primary school and future Elara Neighbourhood Centre.
