After careful planning in partnership with the South Australian Government’s Renewal SA, Hindmarsh unveiled a new apartment development in the heart of the revitalised Bowden precinct in South Australia.

Known as The Bowery, named after the lower Manhattan precinct in New York, the seven- storey, 54 apartment development comprises one plus study, two and three bedroom apartments and basement car park. The development has been designed around a unique and secure internal courtyard and breezeway.
